Travel insurance: compulsory for all travelling with Samadhi journeys.
Although we will endeavour to ensure your journey is as safe and comfortable as possible, your health and wellbeing remains your own responsibility. Samadhi journeys will not accept any liability due to illness, injury or accident or loss of personal belongings.

Passport: Check validity, ensure at least 6 months validity.

Indian Visa: Tourist for 3 or 6 months, single or multiple entry.

Deposits: 10% of the tour cost non-refundable

Full payment: payable not later than 60 Days prior to your journey

Bookings will be fully confirmed once full payment has been made.

On receipt of full payment, receive your Samadhi journey handbook with
itinerary, detailed maps and information to assist in preparation for your journey.

Cancellation policy:

If you are forced to cancel your booking for any reason we must be notified in writing and cancellation charges will be calculated from date we receive advice in writing.

     Prior to 45 days   before journey 10% deposit
     Prior to 30 days   before journey 35% of tour cost
     Prior to 15 days   before journey 50% of tour cost
     Less than15 days before journey 70% of tour cost
